Lindy + Alan | A Rome Ga Wedding
When Lindy and Alan asked us to be a part of their Rome Ga wedding, we were more than thrilled. We knew Lindy through the Rome Chamber of Commerce where she was the Membership Coordinator at the time, and the fact that she had met Alan at Old Havana Cigar Co., a local favorite, definitely made it a Rome Ga wedding.
The Preparation
The morning started off with all the bridesmaids having their makeup done by another downtown staple, Stella Blu, by the lovely Vanna.
The Portraits
The ceremony was held at St. Mary’s Catholic church, a beautiful location for portraits. It also helps to have an extremely beautiful bride.
As flower girl, Lindy’s daughter had a huge part in her special day. It was just as important a day for her as it was for either Alan or Lindy.
The Rome Ga Wedding Ceremony
The love between Lindy and Alan was evident in the quick looks and smiles exchanged throughout the ceremony.
As Lindy’s new husband, Alan knows that he is also becoming a father-figure to her daughter. It brought tears to my eyes when Alan also made vows to her, offering her a necklace to show his love for both her an her mom.
Old Havana Cigar Co.
Since Lindy and Alan had met in Old Havana, we thought it would be great to capture some moments between the two of them in their old stomping ground. And we thank the owners at Old Havana for so graciously allowing us access to their bar while it was closed.
The Reception
If you’ve never heard of the 3 Rivers Photography Photobooth, you need to click here and then make it a priority to book it for your next party, event or wedding reception. It is the most fun we have ever seen at a wedding.
Thank you Lindy and Alan for allowing us to capture your special day!.
